In Tripura, 13 insurgents of the All Tripura Tiger Force surrendered on Friday. The group, led by self-styled captain Jagadish Debbarma, deposited huge cache of arms to the DIG of Assam Rifles. These included eleven AK-47 rifles, two SLR, two rifles, 24 kg of explosives and huge live cartridges. The insurgents surrendered following heavy crack down by security forces in Bangladesh. Police has claimed the surrender as the biggest this year.<br/>
