All 13 Andhra Pradesh ministers from Telangana region have sent a common letter to the Congress President Mrs. Sonia Gandhi conveying their decision to resign from the government on the statehood issue. The ministers met Chief Minister K Rosaiah today and informed him about their decision. Later, P Lakshmaiah, Sabita Reddy and other ministers said they have appealed to the Centre to announce a clear cut time frame for formation of a separate Telangan state. They said Home Minister P. Chidambaram's statement on the Telangana issue was confusing.
