Boxers M C Mary Kom, star badminton players Saina Nehwal and P V Sindhu, Shooters Gagan Narang and Samresh Jung, Squash player Dipika Pallikal among others will be the main attraction in the 12th South Asian Games. The Games will begin in Guwahati and Shillong from 5th of February. Games Organizing Committee has informed that Pakistan has confirmed its participation in Men's Hockey event and hence set the stage for high voltage Indo-Pak match. Official sources said that 1374 men and 1105 women players have confirmed their participation till Friday evening. The first contingent of Maldives arrived in Guwahati city Friday. Competitions will be held in 23 categories.
