The government today said that there were 126 incidents of Cease fire violations along the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir in the last three years. Replying to questions on the issue, the Minister of State for Home Affairs Mr. Ajay Makan said that the issues of such violations are taken up with Pakistani military authorities at the appropriate level through the established mechanism of hotline flag meetings as well as weekly talks between Director Generals of Military operations of India and Pakistan.
