<span style="color: #222222;">In Manipur, a 12 year old boy has created a record in the result of the High School Leaving Certificate Examination, 2020 conducted by the Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BOSEM) by becoming the youngest student in Manipur to clear the Class 10 with 72 percent on Monday.<br />'' <br />'' The Student Issac Paulallungmuan studied at Mount Olive School of Churachandpur and he has become youngest to clear Class 10 exam conducted by State Board in the results announced Monday morning.<br />'' <br />'' His date of birth as per the record maintained with the Board is 10-11-2007.<br />'' <br />'' The medical authority said Issac's mental age is 17 year and his IQ is 141 which is of very superior intellectual.<br />'' <br />'' He was allowed to get registration with the Board at his actual date of birth and to appear in HSLC exam, 2020 considering his mental age and superior IQ level.<br />'' <br />'' Talking to AIR News, Issac said that he devoted 6 hours in a day at his study.<br />'' <br />'' He did not get any harassment or discrimination from his classmate regarding his age factor and all are co-operating.<br />'' <br />'' He is going to opt Science stream from Class 11 onward and continue study in Manipur.
