In Uttar Pradesh, about 12 per cent votes were cast in the first two hours in the 14 Lok Sabha constituencies where polling is taking place today. In the prestigious Raebareily Lok Sabha seat from where Sonia Gandhi is contesting 10.4 percent votes were polled upto 9 am.
