In Andhra Pradesh, at least 12 persons, including 5 children died today when a tractor fell into a tank in Nalgonda district. Police said, 8 persons who were injured have been admitted into Kodada Government hospital. Search is going on for some more persons who fell in the tank.<br/><br/>The incident occurred when a tractor carrying about 30 persons has lost control when it was traveling on the tank-bund. The villagers were going to Mai-samma Temple, a village deity located on the tank-bund. District collector and Superintendent of Police are monitoring the rescue operations.<br/>
