At least 12 people have died in the Angolan capital, Luanda, after heavy rains caused flooding on Monday. Officials in the city said the water had also caused dozens of people to be made homeless after their houses collapsed. The Government in neighboring Zambia last month relocated the large number of people affected by floods.
