State Revenue Department Principal Secretary N Manjunath Prasad has written to the nodal officers appointed in each of the nine states seeking to receive the migrant labourers. The states include Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Odisha.
