<br/>In Pakistan at least twelve militants and two security personnel have been killed in gun battles in the restive tribal belt while three others died in an explosion in the country's northwest region on Wednesday.<br/><br/>Pakistani Security forces backed by a militia of the Salarzai tribe killed 12 militants and injured three more during a clash at Chinar village in Bajaur Agency.<br/><br/>An official of the local administration said that two security personnel have also been killed.<br/><br/>In Dir district in the country's northwest three persons have been killed when a bomb found by them in an open field went off.<br/><br/>Police said they were playing with the object they had found when it suddenly exploded.
