The death toll in hooch tragedy In Mirzapur district of Uttar Pradesh has risen to 13. Superintendent of police of Mirzapur district K. Satya Narayan told AIR Allahabad correspondent that in the hooch tragedy which occurred on Friday death figure touches to 13.However, unconfirmed sources said that at least 20 people have lost their life so far. More than 20 people have been admitted in the district hospital and condition of some of them stated to be critical.Meanwhile, three excise officials including the station officer of Chilha Police Station have been suspended. Six person have also been arrested by the police the Superintendent of police saidThe hooch incident occurred on Friday when several people were ill after consumption of spurious liquor in chilha station area in Mirzapur district.
