In Jharkhand, twelve persons have been killed when a jeep carrying wedding guests collided head on with a truck in West Singhbhum district. Police said that 11 passengers of the jeep including a four-year-old child and six women, died on the spot near Jagannathpur Inter College at Badananda locality on Noamundi-Baraiburu road yesterday. The jeep driver, the only person found alive after the accident, succumbed to his injuries while being shifted from a primary health centre to the Sadar hospital at Chaibasa, the district headquarters town.<br/>
