In Jammu and Kashmir, 12 persons have been killed and seven others injured in a road accident on Jammu-Pathankote National Highway on Tuesday. According to our correspondent, the accident occurred at Pagial Morh about 10 kilometers from Kathua when a tempo traveller coming from Himachal Pradesh had a head on collision with a passenger bus which was going from Jammu to Kelhi resulting in on the spot death of 12 persons. All of them were residents of Jammu and were returning from Himachal Pradesh.<br/>
