In Bangladesh, at least 12 people have been killed after a trawler capsized in a haor near Dharmapasha upazila of Sunamganj district on Tuesday morning. Upazila Nirbahi Officer of Dharmapasha Mohammed Babul Miah told AIR that twelve bodies have been recovered so far which include four children, six girl students and two women. He said rescue operations are on to search for the three people who are still missing. The trawler was reported to be carrying more than 30 people when it capsized on its way Balijuri. Many of the passengers managed to swim to safety with the help of local people.<br/>
