In West Bengal, a fast track court today sentenced 12 people to life imprisonment for murdering a man in Nadia district 18 years ago. The court also slapped a fine of 5,000 rupees each for gunning down 17-year-old Abu Hossain Dafadar on February 12,1994 at Bilkumari village.Dafadar was shot dead by the convicts during a clash over irrigation water.
