At least 12 people have been killed and 10 are missing after a boat capsized in Sone River in Bihar's Bhojpur district . Police sources said mishap occurred yesterday when an overcrowded boat carrying about 30 to 40 people from Dhauri village to Mehdia village capsized in the river. 6 persons swam to safely while some of the passengers were rescued by local people.State government has announced an ex-gratia payment of 2 lakhs Rupees to the next of the kin of those who died in the incident
