A total of 117 passengers of Indian Origin that have arrived from Sudan are currently quarantined because they were not vaccinated against Yellow Fever. The Union Health Ministry said, all passengers will be released after seven days if they remain asymptomatic. These passengers are provided rent-free accommodation with free food facilities in quarantine centers managed by Airport Health Officers and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare at various hospitals across states. The Ministry said, under Operation Kaveri, a total of one thousand 191 passengers have arrived in India, so far.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Operation Kaveri is a rescue operation launched by the Government of India to evacuate Indian citizens who are stranded in Sudan. It was launched on the 24th of this month in response to the crisis in Sudan. A team of officials including the Ministry of External Affairs, the Indian Air Force, and the Indian embassy in Sudan has been appointed to ensure the proper process of evacuation is followed.</span><br />
