11,492 people from 18-44 age group inoculated on day one of 3rd phase of vaccination drive in Maharashtra

<span style="color: #222222;">The phase-III vaccination drive, which began for the age group of 18-44 years was held in 26 of the total 36 districts of Maharashtra. According to the state health department, 132 vaccination sessions were held throughout the day.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The health department said, that till 6 this evening, 11,492 beneficiaries were inoculated. In remaining 10 districts where vaccination was not done, there it will begin tomorrow.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">At present, the Maharashtra government has purchased three lakh vaccine doses. Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray yesterday said that 18 lakh vaccine doses have been earmarked for the state for the month of May.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">There are 6 crore population in the age group of 18 to 44 and the state would need a total of 12 crore doses.</span><br />''  <br />
