<span style="color: #222222;">West Bengal has recorded a steady decline in the positivity rate of Covid cases for the past few days. According to the health bulletin issued by the state health department, the positivity rate has come down to 16.98% today. 11,447 new cases have been reported in the past 24 hours as over 67 thousand samples were tested during this period. This is the lowest positivity rate recorded in two weeks in the state. 38 fresh fatalities have been reported with 14cases from Kolkata alone.</span><br />
