111 Vans are engaged in Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra in Tamil Nadu: Union Minister L. Murugan

Union Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Dr. L Murugan has said that 111 Vans are engaged in Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, VBSY in Tamil Nadu. Speaking at the VBSY yatra in Karamadai Coimbatore, he said that the Vans are a symbol of Guarantee for people to get the welfare schemes at their doorsteps. The Minister said that through Krishi Vigyan Kendra, farm equipment are given at subsidized rates. He also said that loans amounting to 20 lakh rupees were given to farmers to raise cows. The Minister said that the Sukanya Samriddhi scheme, Prime Minister's Ujjwala scheme and other development schemes have been implemented for the beneficiaries. The Minister noted that more than one crore people have been benefited by the Prime Minister's Garib Kalyan Yojana. Mr. Murugan said that the Government has been proactively taking the schemes to the people of the Country to achieve Amrit Kaal. He administered the oath for the VBSY during the event today.<br />''  <br />'' Union Minister for Shipping Sarabananda Sonowal participated in the yatra held at Mayiladuthurai district in Tamil Nadu. He spoke about the welfare schemes implemented by the Government for the benefit of the farmers, women, small traders and also other sectors of the society.
