In Pakistan, at least Eleven persons, including an Additional Session Judge were among those killed today. More than Twenty Five others injured in the incident when suicide attackers and unidentified gunmen threw grenades and opened indiscriminate fire inside the premises of a local court in Islamabad. Inspector General of Police Sikandar Hayat told reporters in Islamabad that two gunmen when challenged blew themselves up.

He said this was a suicide attack.
Media reports said that the gunmen are still in the Court premises. Panic has gripped the area after the incident and Pakistani Rangers have taken control of the nearby areas. Search operations are being carried on. The injured were rushed to hospitals and additional security personnel have reached the area.
