In Andhra Pradesh, 11 bodies have been recovered following a boat mishap in River Godavari near Biyyapu Tippa in West Godavari district on Saturday. Around 30 persons reportedly swam to safety after the over loaded boat upturned. Expert swimmers are continuing search operations for over 10 missing persons. AIR correspondent says more than 50 pilgrims boarded the boat for the holy dip on the Magapournami’ and to take part in the festivities at Antarvedi Temple.<br/>State Ministers Vatti Vasanta Kumar and Pitani Satyanarayana, visited the accident site, and said an inquiry would be ordered. <br/>State Government has announced an exgratia of One lakh rupees each to the kin of deceased who drowned in the incident.
