The 104th Indian Science Congress, ISC, came to a grand gala close this evening in Tirupati's Sri Venkateswara University Campus, with overwhelming response from student and teaching community apart from the common public. The mega science festival has drawn students and teachers alike, not only from Andhra Pradesh but also from its neighbouring states. Heavy turnout of students witnessed all through the five day event. <br/> '<br/>Science Congress is held every year at different venues in the country to advance and promote the cause of science in India. The 104th science convention has captivated and enlightened the young minds with the topics chosen for discussion under the overarching focal theme 'Science and Technology for National Development'. <br/><br/>Various sessions of the plenary elucidated the importance of science and its use for development. The host state's pavilion had all the universities of Andhra Pradesh participating in the expo indicating the Key Performance Indicators and achievements.
