Sudhakar has informed that 10 UK returned passengers infected with mutant Coronavirus are recovering in the government hospitals. Speaking to media persons in Bengaluru today, he informed that 75 people who returned from the UK are not traceable and delay is due to the reason that three among them had given foreign addresses and others have immigration issues.<br />''<br />''On Indian COVID vaccine, he clarified that an emergency approval has been given for restricted use of the Covaxin developed within the country and the full license will be issued after the successful completion of the third stage clinical trials. He thanked our scientists for developing COVID vaccine in a record time. Saying that India has developed indigenous vaccines ahead of several developed nations, the Minister informed that the state is ready to administer the vaccine to all the Corona warriors in the first phase.</span><br />
