10 pilgrims; 31 injured electrocuted in Bihar

In Bihar at least ten pilgrims (Kanwarias) were electrocuted and thirty others injured in Rohtash district of the state on Monday evening. Fourteen pilgrims are in critical situation. Injured pilgrims have been admitted to a local hospital. AIR Patna correspondent reports that the accident occurred when the bus in which the pilgrims were travelling, came into contact with 11 thousand voltage wire at Sarau Bazar under Natwar police station of the district. The pilgrims in the ill fated bus, were going from Sarau Bazar to Deoghar to offer oblations to Lord Shiva.
