Reports from the Libyan city of Misrata say at least 10 Libyan rebels have been killed in military operations to push back pro-Gaddafi forces to the east and west of the city. Health officials and a rebel spokesman said more than 20 others were wounded when Libyan government forces responded with heavy artillery fire. The violence came as NATO defense ministers, meeting in Brussels, vowed to continue their aerial operations against forces loyal to Libya's Moammar Gadhafi.NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said the alliance is preparing for a Libya without the authoritarian leader. The NATO chief said Mr. Gadhafi's departure is no longer a question of “if” he goes, but rather “when” he goes.
