In Bhutan, at least 10 people, including three Indian labourers, were killed when a severe 6.3-magnitude earthquake struck along its border with India. The quake destroyed houses, monasteries and other buildings across the mountainous country. Ten people died and several others were injured after buildings collapsed in Narang Geog, Monggar and Yangneer, east of the national capital, Thimpu.State-run Bhutan Broadcasting Service reported that the three Indian labourers were killed after they were hit by falling boulders in Samdrupjongkhar. The epicentre of the quake was located just inside Bhutan's border with India, 180 kilometres east of Thimpu.
