In Jammu and Kashmir, at least 10 persons are reported to have been injured in a mysterious grenade explosion outside a mosque in Tranz village in Shopian district. Police sources said, no grenade was lobbed outside the mosque. Few among injured confirmed to AIR that some explosive device resembling grenade was packed in a tumbler in the courtyard of the mosque and the blast took place when some devotees after offering Fajr or dawn prayers accidentally touched the pack . Medical Superintendent told AIR that all the injured are undergoing treatment at District Hospital Shopian and their condition is stable.
