10 deaths reported due to COVID complications in Meghalaya

<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #222222;">10 deaths were reported due to COVID 19 complications in the last 24 hours while 846 new cases were also registered during the same time in Meghalaya. A statement from the Directorate of Health Services informed that out of the 10 deaths, eight are from East Khasi Hills district and one each from West Jaintia Hills and East Jaintia Hills districts. </span></p><span style="color: #222222;"><br />''The total number of active cases in the State has gone up to 8055 while the total fatalities have reached 512. East Khasi Hills district alone accounts for 417 deaths out of the total 512 deaths so far recorded in the State. The number of recovered cases in Meghalaya has reached 23,728 as the State recorded 752 recoveries.</span><br />
