In Jammu and Kashmir, 10 candidates including six independents have filed their nomination papers at Leh district today for the 4th General Council election of Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC) Leh. AIR Leh correspondent reports that the last date for filing nomination papers for 30 members council is on 20th of this month and scrutiny will be held on 21st September. The polling will be held on 16th of next month.
