In Bangladesh, one miner has died and three more remain trapped inside a tunnel of the Barapukuria coal mine which caved in this morning. <br/><br/>According the officials of the Barapukuria Coal Mining Company Limited a portion of a tunnel 1300 feet underground had caved in at 10 am this morning. Nineteen miners had initially been trapped and 15 of them have already been rescued. <br/><br/>While one miner's body has been recovered, efforts are on to rescue the remaining three miners who are trapped. <br/><br/>Among the 16 rescued miners, six miners have been admitted in Rangpur Medical College Hospital while two were treated at the Phulbari upazila health complex and seven others were taken to the mining company's medical centre. <br/><br/>The Barapukuria coal mine has been estimated to have 390 million tonnes of coal reserve stretched over 5.25 square kilometres.
