In Manipur, one person has been critically injured in a powerful bomb blast at Imphal this morning.The blast took place at around 11:10 hours this morning at the entrance gate of Hapta Kangjeibung at the Palace Compound where the Manipur Sangai Festival is on now. Today is the concluding day of the 10-day tourism festival.AIR correspondent reports that, the bomb was reportedly brought in by a rickshaw puller. The Police have cordoned off the area and a manhunt is on to nab the culprits involved in the blast.
